Four Points Named a Top Fund in the Nation

From a pool of over 100 applicants, Four Points Funding was initially named one of the top 10 Opportunity Zone Funds in the nation. Last week, we received further recognition from Forbes as the #1 fund investing in our category. The award was presented at the Winter Innovation Summit in Salt Lake City. A short movie and full-length article in Forbes will follow.


Fund II just opened with multi-family housing and hospitality projects pre-committed across Colorado. All fund investments will be cash-flowing, leveraged investments in emerging communities that fit the rules and intent of the Opportunity Zone program.


This recognition highlights Four Points Funding’s unique approach and potential. By leveraging $20 million in available bridge capital, Four Points has been able to secure the highest quality investments and then raise to meet the commitment. As a result, investors have a high level of deal transparency before investing.
